Welcome to Sad Donkey Coffee. We're a coffee shop located in Williston, FL. You'll find us in a tiny house, in the center of Williston's Homestead Tiny House Resort. We've been serving coffee (and other good stuff!) since 2020 and look forward to opening up our new Williston location soon. We hope you'll stop by or a drink or a snack!
Why Williston?
Williston is a small town with a big heart. The community is kind and tight-knit. We noticed there was a lack of coffee options in and around the town, so we wanted to provide a fun and high-quality option for our fellow coffee-lovers in the Williston area. We are so grateful to our customers – regulars and newcomers alike.
Meet the founders
Siblings Chase, Zac, Indigo & Sami co-founded Sad Donkey Coffee in the summer of 2020.
The four siblings wanted to create a spot for high-quality coffee, in a fun environment. Since its grand opening in 2020, the shop has been primarily run by Florida girl, Sami Crandell, and our new location is in the works. Stop by and say hi!
Um... Who's the donkey?
Such a fair question. Our sad donkey is based on one of our founder's beloved former horses, named Theo.
